No Gym? No Problem: Personal Trainer Shares At Home Workout Routines to Keep Fit during Pandemic
With fitness centers having to shut their doors in response to COVID-19, many people are looking for alternative ways to get in a good sweat session. According to personal trainer and fitness expert Margaret Forster, there are plenty of ways to keep active with some at home exercises during the outbreak.

“You can still get in a good workout in the comfort of your home by following some simple at home fitness routines, she tells The Chronicle. “Whether you’re partial to doing cardio, fully intense workouts, at home exercise is an excellent way to boost immune health and combat coronavirus-related anxieties — just as long as you’re still maintaining good social-distancing practices.”
