Bologna striker Musa Barrow has tested positive for COVID-19 and is in self-isolation.
Musa Barrow returned from The Gambia, on Monday in Casteldebole and underwent a molecular test. He tested positive for Covid-19. “As per the protocol, the local health authorities have been notified and the player has been placed in home isolation,” Musa Barrow’s club’s stated in a press release.
As per protocol, Barrow has been placed into self-isolation, the local authorities have been alerted and his teammates will continue testing regularly.
The 22-year-old Gambia international is now owned outright by Bologna, who spent €14.5m plus bonuses to purchase him from Atalanta.
During the loan spell last season, Barrow scored nine goals and provided 10 assists in 40 competitive appearances for Bologna.
